I am Tom Schwarz. I grew up in Hollywood, Florida and came to the Pensacola area in 1996 after I graduated high school. I attended the University of West Florida and worked many years as the Tech Director for Student Activities. It is in October of 1996 that I began DJing for Boogie Inc. This is the start of my DJ career and where I learned the basics of DJing weddings, school dances, parties, and more. In 1999 I was hired by Tk101 the local rock radio station to do weekends. In the year 2000 I took over the 7p to midnight show at TK101 and worked full time until 2004 when I left to pursue a career in the fire service. I went through the Fire Academy in 2004, followed by EMT school in 2005. I was hired on as a full-time firefighter with the city of Ft. Walton Beach in 2006. I attended Paramedic School in 2007 and in 2009 was hired by Escambia County as a full-time firefighter. I am still currently working full time as a firefighter with Escambia County and DJing Weddings and events on my days off. You can still hear me on the radio from time to time when I pick up shifts with Cat Country 98.7. I have been part time with Cat Country for several years.

 

2021 marked my 25th year of DJing events in the NW Florida area, and I still love being a special part of people's biggest day.
